If learning about all the new stuff still hasn't made you excited about Xbox Madden 10, then maybe a visit to video gaming's not-so-distant past can put things into perspective. Gamers would have to wait a while on the bench before that came true. But this one, which was released in the late 80s, as part of the next generation of game consoles, really hit it big, to the point where people still love it. For quite a while, this was considered the greatest football video game by the video game world.
Why this went supernova isn't hard to figure out - with actual offensive and defensive strategies, they brought in a new level of realism. This was the ultimate step up in football video games for a long time, so gamers really proclaimed this one the best football game out there, year after year. It's one of the few "old school" games that can still excite today's crop of hardcore gamers. That being said, as much as everyone digs that one, Xbox Madden 10 is in an entirely different league.

The reviews are as positive as the reaction from the gamers themselves - it's a hit with the fans as well as the video game sites. Xbox Madden 10 reviews tend to feature statements such as "realistic and enjoyable." EA Sports didn't even come close to fumbling the ball with Xbox Madden 10, that's for sure. Don't let the naysayers shape your opinion - Xbox Madden 10 is a game for the ages. Not to put down any other Xbox sports video games, which have certainly earned their solid rep, but Xbox Madden 10 is just the best of the best. Most of the gaming world agrees that this is the new standard by which the rest shall be judged. More than just a great game, it's a chance to display your video game excellence, when you clash for cash.
